Kading Companies

Kading Companies, S.A. ("KDNG") is a holding company that seeks acquisitions of technologies it believes it can build companies around. Kading Companies is a highly speculative investment and the common stock should only be purchased by accredited investors that have the financial capacity to lose their entire investment.

KDNG looks for opportunities in certain technologies that management believes they can build a company around. Technologies that can penetrate $1 billion plus market places - preferably and have something unique to offer. Kevin Kading was the incorporator for KDNG, ARC, SMI, and UAI. In each case he saw a technology that he believed in and acquired the technology through the company, found individuals competent to build the company with him and added a little investment money. After a certain point the company evolves to a point where his activity begins to become diminished and at that point he starts looking for new technologies, which brought him to NASA and the coupler technology for UAI. KadingCo will continue to seek out technologies and continue to build companies around them.

KadingCo owns equity positions in the following companies and Kevin Kading is an officer and/or founder of ARC; UAI; SMI and CKL:

Advanced Reconnaissance Corp. ("ARC") - 10% approximate ownership; ARC is a company that has an advanced technology for hyperspectral and multispectral imaging and sensing. The company has recently received two small contracts and is moving forward quickly.

Syringex Medical, Inc. ("SMI") - 5% approximate ownership; SMI is a development stage company that has developed a safety syringe with a retractable needle feature that appears to be far superior to any other safety syringe available in the market place today. ("UAI") - 11% approximate ownership; UAI was incorporated on the 22nd of October 2004 specifically to work with NASA to lock down a technology and build the company around the acquired technology. CKL Associates, Inc. ("CKL") - 20% approximate ownership; CKL is the consulting arm to KadingCo. We assist the management of companies who are seeking entry into the public stock markets by preparing the necessary due diligence for filing with the appropriate regulatory agencies and we offer any other consultation deemed necessary. CKL does not assist in raising capital nor is it a NASD broker/dealer and it will not act in any capacity where it could be deemed as such..
