COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASE:

Kading Companies' United Aerospace, Inc. contracts to build first deployable couplers to enter the Billion Dollar a Year Retail Market

New York, New York, May 17, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Kading Companies, S.A. (Pink Sheets: KDNG) (www.kadingco.com) anticipates increasing its ownership in United Aerospace ("UAI") to 20% and acquiring greater ownership as it continues to fund UAI over the next several months.

Kevin Kading, stated, "We have identified and hired a manufacturer to build deployable prototypes of the QCB coupler, I expect the prototypes to be completed early in June. Shortly thereafter I will introduce the couplers to various trailer and trailer hitch and coupler manufacturers. Again, this is another example of a better device with the potential to penetrate a multi-billion dollar global market with a myriad of possible commercial applications at potentially competitive pricing."

UAI intends to manufacture and incorporate this design into existing products as well as new products. The simplicity of the design enables UAI to develop a business based upon this quick-connect joint.

The technology developed by NASA and obtained by UAI, employs a unique spring-loaded mechanism that automatically secures a ball hitch upon insertion into a coupler, as in the use of trailer hitches. This eliminates the need for the locking lever found in most conventional ball joints. Connections made using the QCB quick-connect joint are easier, safer, and more reliable than those made using conventional ball joints.

The QCB was developed by NASA to facilitate the connection of equipment in space. Researchers were unable to find a commercially available joint that would provide automatic locking while also allowing motion with three degrees of freedom. The quick connect joint was developed in response to this need.

About KDNG

KadingCo focuses on finding technologies that have the potential to break into multi-billion dollar global markets, with devices that are more conducive for the end user and are cost competitive against existing products. Working with NASA's technology transfer program has significantly expedited the process of finding, designing and patenting products and devices. KadingCo believes that the QCB will be the first of many such devices it will acquire under NASA's technology transfer program.
